Seit dem 3. Juni ist PAUTHO Coffee & Co. online. Mit unserem Mikrokreditprojekt wollen wir auch die Kaffeefarmerinnen unterstützen. Dadurch sind sie finanziell flexibel, investieren mehr in den Kaffeeanbau, bringen größere Ernten ein und steigern deutlich ihr Einkommen. Die Gewinne, die in Deutschland durch den Verkauf von fair gehandeltem Kaffee aus Uganda erzielt werden, fließen in das Mikrokreditprojekt zurück sowie in unser Schulprojekt in Uganda. PAUTHO Coffee & Co. arbeiten auch mit einer Rösterei in Deutschland zusammen, die sich ebenfalls in Uganda engagiert.
Durch familiäre Bindungen und unsere Projekte, sind wir regelmäßig in Uganda. Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen des Mikrokreditprojekts haben regelmäßigen Kontakt zu den Kaffeefarmerinnen. So sind wir über den gesamten Prozess – vom Kaffeeanbau über die Ernte und Weiterverarbeitung bis hin zur Röstung und Verpackung stets bestens informiert.
PAUTHO Coffee & Co. startet vorerst mit zwei verschiedenen Röstungen. Weitere Röstungen sowie verschiedene Rohkaffees werden folgen.
